Advanced Elements Advanced Frame Sport Kayak, Orange/Blue

The Advanced Frame Sport Kayak is a light-weight version of their popular Advanced Frame kayak. Although nearly identical in shape and form to the original Advanced Frame, it sports a large cockpit opening for easy entry and exit. Incorporating Advanced Elements proven aluminum rib-frame technology in the bow and stern provides increased paddling performance in this sporty design. With performance like a hard-shell kayak and the pack ability of an inflatable, you are only a few pumps away from your next adventure!

Utilizing built-in aluminum ribs in the bow and stern, it slices through water like a knife and rivals the track-ability of hard-shell kayaks. The stern acts as a skeg, increasing the tracking performance. It uses extremely durable materials and features many high-end components. Boat is durably manufactured from 3 layers of material for extreme puncture resistance; polyester fabric sandwiched by vinyl creates a durable and strong outer cover. All seams are welded for added strength and airtight integrity. The boats decking is rip stop nylon fabric. It sets up in just a few minutes and is compact enough to take along on a weekend adventure.

There is plenty of on-board storage room for extended trips with a storage compartment, bungee deck lacing and D-rings for attachment of gear and lashing points. The boats 4-chamber design provides additional buoyancy and unique kayak shape and high flow Spring Valves for excellent air retention, durability, and ease of use, allow for quick inflation/deflation of the chambers. High support, adjustable padded seat provides comfort for hours of paddling. Boat has molded rubber handles for easy transport, a hard edge bow and stern and a neoprene paddle guard around the cockpit for added comfort when paddling.

The boat measures (L x W) 125″ x 32″ (318cm x 81.3cm), weighs 26 lbs. (11.8 kg) and is designed for one person with a 250 lbs. (113 kg) maximum weight capacity. If you like to travel with your kayak this boat will fold down to a compact 30″ x 17″ x 8″ (76cm x 43cm x 20cm) easily fitting the trunk of your car or bed of truck. The kayak comes with a carrying duffel bag, repair kit, folding seats and an owner’s manual.
